Hi! I'm Claire Labrie- founder of Nourish Her Lactation.

I have been a registered nurse since 2002, and have served as an obstetric RN for families in Culpeper, VA since 2005. In 2019 , I expanded my work to include my role as an IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant), supporting both inpatient and outpatient families with breastfeeding. My experience includes one-on-one lactation care, facilitating support groups, and providing education for healthcare staff.
For over two years, I've had the privilege of working with​ Bee Nourished Lactation Services, where I completed over 630 visits supporting mothers in their homes as they navigate their breastfeeding journeys. I fell in love with cheering on the families I have followed. Providing any guidance, knowledge, encouragement, tips, and hands on help, has been a true pleasure. I am now so excited to continue serving families through my own private practice.

On a personal note, I have been married to my husband, Josh, since 2002, and we have four children. I breastfed three of them, with some challenges along the way. I know firsthand that compassionate, knowledgeable, and practical support would have helped me in my breastfeeding journey. My goal is to provide the knowledge, encouragement, and care I needed, and what I see so many families needing today.
